摘要:

目的 通過(guò)采集和分析人體三維運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù),研究老年人左、右手喝水動(dòng)作的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特性。分析左、右手動(dòng)作的差異,為鏡像康復(fù)設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)和精準(zhǔn)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方案的制定提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和理論基礎(chǔ)。方法 選取16名右利手的老年人為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象分別用左、右手完成喝水動(dòng)作。應(yīng)用運(yùn)動(dòng)捕捉系統(tǒng)采集實(shí)驗(yàn)者上肢的三維運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,分析實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象在喝水動(dòng)作中,左、右肩、肘、腕關(guān)節(jié)的三維運(yùn)動(dòng)角度和角速度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 左、右手在肩關(guān)節(jié)的矢狀軸角度、肘關(guān)節(jié)的屈伸角度、肩關(guān)節(jié)的旋內(nèi)旋外角度、肘關(guān)節(jié)旋內(nèi)旋外的角度上具有高度相關(guān)性(相關(guān)系數(shù)r>0.8);在肩關(guān)節(jié)冠狀軸的角度、腕關(guān)節(jié)掌屈背伸的角速度上具有低度相關(guān)性(0.3<r<0.5);在肩關(guān)節(jié)冠狀軸的角速度上具有微弱相關(guān)性(0.1<r<0.3);在其余上肢的關(guān)節(jié)角度和角速度上具有顯著相關(guān)性(0.5<r<0.8)。結(jié)論 健康老年人在完成喝水動(dòng)作中,主要利用肩關(guān)節(jié)的旋內(nèi)旋外活動(dòng)和肘關(guān)節(jié)的屈伸、旋內(nèi)旋外活動(dòng)。右手在關(guān)節(jié)屈伸角度的運(yùn)動(dòng)幅度上大于左手,而在關(guān)節(jié)旋內(nèi)旋外角度的運(yùn)動(dòng)幅度方面小于左手。在鏡像康復(fù)機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)和康復(fù)軌跡規(guī)劃中,應(yīng)尊重左、右手的差異,實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)康復(fù)的目的。


Objective By collecting and analyzing the 3D human motion data, the kinematics characteristics of drinking by the left hand and the right hand of the aged were studied.The correlation between left and right hand movements was obtained, which provided data support and theoretical basis for the design of mirror recovery equipment and the program of precision rehabilitation training.Methods Sixteen elderly people accustomed to using the right hand were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental subjects completed the action of drinking water with the left hand and the right hand.The 3D trajectories of the subjects were collected by motion capture system.The relationship between the three-dimensional motion angle and angular velocity of the left and right shoulder, elbow, wrist joint in drinking water movement were analyzed.Results Left and right hand in the sagittal axis angle of shoulder joint, elbow flexion-extension angle, pronation external rotation angle of shoulder joint and elbow pronation external rotation angle were highly correlated (r>0.8).The shoulder joint angle, and angular velocity of the coronal axis of wrist palm had low correlation (0.3<r<0.5).There was a weak correlation between left and right hand in the angular velocity of the coronal axis of the shoulder joint(0.1<r<0.3).There was significant correlation in the joint angle and angular velocity of the other upper limbs(0.5<r<0.8).Conclusions In the exercise of drinking water in the healthy aged, the rotation of the shoulder and elbow joints, and elbow flexion and extension were mainly used.The motion amplitude of the right hand in the joint flexion and extension angle were bigger than that of the left hand.And the amplitude of the rotation of the joint was smaller than that of the left hand.In the mirror rehabilitation robot design and rehabilitation trajectory planning, we should respect the differences of the left and right hand to achieve accurate rehabilitation.
