摘要:

目的 通過定量超聲方式評價青年男性的骨質(zhì)情況,以獲得影響骨質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵因素,從而為骨質(zhì)的提升提供參考和依據(jù)。 方法 采用超聲骨密度儀(GE Achilles Express)、多頻生物電阻抗人體成分分析儀(Tanita MC-180)、 縱跳測試儀(北京鑫東華騰 ZTJ-II型)和握力測試儀(北京鑫東華騰 WCS-II型)測量華東地區(qū)518例青年男性右腳跟骨骨強度、瘦體質(zhì)量、縱跳水平和握力。通過Pearson相關(guān)性分析年齡、人體參數(shù)等與骨質(zhì)的相關(guān)性,采用多元回歸分析探討骨質(zhì)的影響因素。結(jié)果 年齡、瘦體質(zhì)量、縱跳高度和握力與骨強度呈顯著相關(guān) (r=-0.344,P<0.001;r=0.210,P=0.004;r=0.415,P<0.001;r=0.202,P<0.005,相應(yīng)的)。多元回歸分析顯示年齡、瘦體質(zhì)量、縱跳高度都是跟骨骨強度的決定因素。結(jié)論 骨強度隨年齡增長呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,維持一定的瘦體質(zhì)量、提高肌肉力量對骨質(zhì)健康有重要意義, 局部肌肉力量與局部骨強度有更高的相關(guān)性。

Objective To evaluate the bone quality of young men by quantitative ultrasound,and to identify modifiable factors that influence bone status,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of bone quality.Methods The right heel bone quality,fat-free-mass (FFM),countermovement jump (CMJ) performance and the grip strength were measured by ultrasound bone densitometer (GE Achilles Express),multi-frequency body composition analyzer (Tanita,MC-180MA),vertical jump test device (Beijing Xindonghuateng,ZTJ-II) and grip strength device (Beijing Xindonghuateng,WCS-II) respectively in 518 adults men from the east part of China.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between age,body parameters and bone quality.Multiple regression analysis was used to explore the influence factors of bone quality.Results Bone quality had a significant correlation with age,FFM,CMJ height and grip strength (r=-0.344,P<0.001;r=0.210,P=0.004;r=415,P<0.001;r=0.202,P<0.005,respectively).Multivariate regression analysis revealed that age,FFM,CMJ height were the determinations of calcaneal bone quality.Conclusions These results suggest that bone quality declines with increasing age.Maintaining a certain level of FFM,muscle strength is important for bone health.Local muscle strength has a higher correlation with local bone strength.
