摘要：

目的能力驗證計劃的設(shè)計是能力驗證項目最為重要的一環(huán)，規(guī)范可行的設(shè)計能夠保證能力驗證活動達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的和效果。本文針對能力驗證計劃設(shè)計的各個要素進(jìn)行分析，從而對設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行規(guī)范和指導(dǎo)。方法結(jié)合中國食品藥品檢定研究院2006—2015年組織實施的醫(yī)療器械能力驗證項目，對能力驗證項目設(shè)計的團(tuán)隊組成及限定條件、被測量的量值或特征信息、樣品穩(wěn)定性和均勻性檢驗方法等相關(guān)要素逐一進(jìn)行闡述和分析。結(jié)果對能力驗證計劃設(shè)計所涉及的檢驗及評價方法給出了可行性的建議，并對能力驗證計劃設(shè)計的規(guī)范化提供了參考方案。結(jié)論此能力驗證計劃的設(shè)計思路及方案對指導(dǎo)能力驗證計劃的設(shè)計具有重要意義。

Objective Schematic design is the most important part of proficiency testing program.The feasible design can ensure proficiency testing program to achieve the desired effect.In order to regulate and guide the design of the program,we analyze the various elements of proficiency testing program design.Methods Taking into account of the medical device proficiency testing program during 2006 to 2015 in National Institutes for Food and Drug Control,we described and analyzed the important factors of schematic design ，including team composition and qualification,measured value or characteristic information,stability test and homogeneity test.Results Feasible guidance of the test and evaluation methods were provided,and the standardization of the design was also included.Conclusions The schematic design has important practical significance for the testing program.
