摘要:

目的 研制一套可穿戴式、治療參數(shù)連續(xù)可調(diào)的全息鎮(zhèn)痛治療系統(tǒng),幫助患者更方便快捷地緩解和治療疼痛。方法 以中醫(yī)腕踝針療法和經(jīng)皮神經(jīng)電刺激為理論基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)低頻電脈沖作用于人體腕踝部的不同分區(qū),治療對(duì)應(yīng)組織臟器的疼痛。根據(jù)Boost拓?fù)潆娐吩砑伴]環(huán)控制算法,采用全貼片元件,實(shí)現(xiàn)可穿戴、高精度治療脈沖輸出,開發(fā)Android App用于疼痛治療、疼痛評(píng)估及管理,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行電壓幅值測(cè)試和鎮(zhèn)痛效果測(cè)試。結(jié)果 該鎮(zhèn)痛治療系統(tǒng)包括穿戴端、Android App端及云存儲(chǔ)端三部分,Android App控制穿戴端的脈沖輸出,云存儲(chǔ)端記錄治療信息,增加了系統(tǒng)的交互性、實(shí)用性和可追溯性。經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)初步測(cè)試,治療脈沖電壓在0~100V,脈沖頻率在0.5~200Hz內(nèi)連續(xù)可調(diào);在志愿者身上測(cè)試具有良好的緩解疼痛效果。結(jié)論 實(shí)現(xiàn)了可穿戴式、治療參數(shù)連續(xù)可調(diào)的全息鎮(zhèn)痛治療系統(tǒng)。

Objective To develop a wearable and precisely manageable holographic analgesia therapy system for pain patients to relieve symptoms more conveniently and efficiently.Methods Based on the theories of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,the pains from different organs or tissues were treated by applying low frequency electric pulse to different partitions on human wrist or ankle.With Boost topology circuit mechanism and closed-loop control algorithm,the pulse output was highly precise and full patch components made the system wearable.The Android App was designed for pain treatment,pain assessment and pain management.The system was tested with voltage amplitude.Moreover,pain treatment effectiveness was tested on healthy volunteers.Results The whole system included wearable device,Android App and cloud storage.The Android App controlled the pulse output of the wearable device and the cloud storage recorded the treatment information,which increased the system interactivity,practicality and traceability.The initial testing of the system showed that the treatment voltage could be adjusted within the range of 0 V to 100 V and the pulse frequency could be adjusted within the range of 0.5 Hz to 200 Hz.Further testing showed good pain relief on the volunteers.Conclusions A holographic analgesia therapy system,which was wearable and precisely manageable,was developed
