摘要:

目的 對(duì)兔眼相干光斷層成像(optical coherence tornography, OCT)中的角膜邊緣識(shí)別進(jìn)行研究,以期從不具有較高清晰度的圖像中自動(dòng)獲得角膜邊緣以及相關(guān)形態(tài)學(xué)參數(shù)。方法 首先利用Otsu算法對(duì)兔眼OCT圖像進(jìn)行二值化,并以半徑為5像素的圓盤形結(jié)構(gòu)元素進(jìn)行形態(tài)學(xué)去噪運(yùn)算消除內(nèi)部偽邊緣,通過(guò)Canny算子獲得角膜邊緣圖像;然后使用篩選過(guò)錯(cuò)誤邊緣點(diǎn)后的其余邊緣點(diǎn)進(jìn)行邊緣的二次曲線一般方程的曲線擬合,求出各點(diǎn)曲率半徑;最后用克朗巴哈系數(shù)法與人工描繪的邊緣獲得的相應(yīng)點(diǎn)的曲率半徑進(jìn)行一致性檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 基于形態(tài)學(xué)去噪的Canny算法獲得了較為連續(xù)平滑的角膜內(nèi)外邊緣曲線,與手工標(biāo)點(diǎn)擬合曲線求出的曲率半徑值具有較高的一致性(Cronbach’s α=0.953,P<0.05)。結(jié)論 基于形態(tài)學(xué)去噪的Canny算法可以較為準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)OCT圖像中的兔眼角膜的形態(tài)進(jìn)行識(shí)別。

Objective To automatically obtain corneal edges and associated morphological parameters from optical coherence tornography(OCT) of rabbit eyes. Methods Firstly,we used the Otsu algorithm for image binarization of rabbit eyes OCT images,and then, the circular structure element with radius of 5 pixels was used to perform morphological denoising in order to delete the internal false edges.Secondly,we obtained the corneal edge images by using Canny operator,then,error edge points were filtered.By fitting the extracted curves to the general equation of quadric curve, the curvature radius of each point on the cornea were obtained.Finally,the consistency checks between the curvature radius obtained by the algorithm in this paper and the curvature radius obtained by artificialwere carried out with Cronbach’s Alpha. Results The Canny algorithm based on morphological denoising had extracted continuous and smooth corneal internal and external edge curves.The experimental results obtained higher consistency (Cronbach’s α=0.953,P<0.05). Conclusions The Canny algorithm based on morphological denoising can more accurately recognize the form of rabbit corneas in OCT images.
