摘要:

目的 研究中等劑量咖啡攝入對(duì)青年受試者心率變異性的影響,明確咖啡對(duì)心臟自主神經(jīng)活性的作用。方法 無(wú)咖啡因攝入習(xí)慣的16名健康青年受試者(身高167cm±7.2cm、體重61.3kg±6.3kg、年齡24.9歲±2.8歲)參與本項(xiàng)研究,在攝入含6mg/kg咖啡因的咖啡飲品后,于8:40~10:45應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖記錄儀(Holter)進(jìn)行咖啡攝入前后心電信號(hào)的采集及心率(heart rate,HR)和心率變異性指標(biāo)的分析。心率變異性指標(biāo)包括R-R間期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(SDNN)、相鄰R-R間期差值的均方根值(rMSSD)、相鄰的R-R間期之差大于50ms的心搏數(shù)占總心搏數(shù)的百分比(PNN50)、標(biāo)化低頻(normalized low frequency power,LFnorm)、標(biāo)化高頻(normalized high frequency power,HFnorm)、低頻功率(low frequency,LF)與高頻功率(high frequency,HF)的比值(LF/HF)。結(jié)果 飲用咖啡后,心率、心率變異性指標(biāo)均發(fā)生改變且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,HR、LFnorm 和LF/HF分別降低了7.5%、17% 和35%。rMSSD、PNN50和HFnorm分別提高了82%、80% 和58%。其中HR及LF/HF隨著時(shí)間的變化趨勢(shì)最明顯。HRV參數(shù)在飲用咖啡前后的差值ΔLF與ΔHF,ΔLF與ΔLF/HF均顯著相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)為-0.980和0.903。結(jié)論 中等劑量咖啡可引起心率變異性的改變和心率的降低,抑制交感神經(jīng)活性,提高副交感神經(jīng)活性。

Objective To study the effect of coffee on heart rate variability(HRV)in young adults in order to determine the effect of coffee ingestion on cardiac autonomic nervous system(ANS)activity.Methods There were sixteen healthy young nonhabitual caffeine consumers as subjects enrolled in this study(height 167cm±7.2cm,body mass 61.3kg±6.3kg,age 24.9years±2.8years).Coffee ingested by the subjects was 6 mg/kg caffeine as moderate dosage.And the dynamic electrocardiogram signals were recorded and analyzed with a dynamic Holter before and after coffee ingestion during 8:40 to 10:45 in the morning. HRV parameters included the mean standard deviation of all NN intervals,the root mean square of successive differences(rMSSD),the percentage of successive NN intervals differing >50 ms(PNN50),the normalized low frequency power(LFnorm),the normalized high frequency power(HFnorm),and the low frequency(LF)and high frequency(HF)ratio LF/HF.Results There were significant differences before and after taking coffee in HRV parameters and the mean heart rate(HR).HR,LFnorm,LF/HF decreased 7.5%,17% and 35%,respectively.rMSSD,PNN50 and HFnorm increased 82%,80% and 58%,respectively.HR and LF/HF changed more obviously over time after taking coffee.ΔLF was highly correlated with ΔHF and ΔLF/HF with the correlation coefficients of -0.980 and 0.903.Conclusions Coffee with moderate dosage caffeine can cause the change of HRV and the decrease of HR,inhibit sympathetic nervous system activity(SNSA),and enhance parasympathetic nervous system activity(PNSA).
