摘要:

目的 心音信號中的雜音成分可以反映心臟結(jié)構(gòu)缺損等異常情況。本文提出一種心雜音分割及分析方法用于先心病雜音信號的識別。方法 為去除臨床采集心音信號中的噪聲干擾, 采用基于頻率切片小波變換的降噪新方法提高聽診精度。然后采用特征矩波形分析方法分割并提取心臟雜音間期信號。最后對心臟雜音間期心音信號提取心音梅爾尺度特征參數(shù)。結(jié)果 通過臨床采集的32例正常和16例室間隔缺損心音數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實驗, 計算心臟雜音間期片段提取特征參數(shù)的平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差, 得到正常及室間隔缺損患兒心音數(shù)據(jù)的梅爾尺度特征參數(shù)范圍。結(jié)論 該方法可以在心臟收縮雜音期有效識別室間隔缺損心音信號特征, 對于舒張雜音期信號尚需進(jìn)行多角度特征提取及分析。該方法可以為典型先心病篩查及監(jiān)控提供有效參考。

Objective Heart murmur of heart sounds can reflect the abnormal defects of the heart structure. A heart sound segmentation and analysis method is proposed for heart murmur identification of congenital heart disease. Methods At first, a novel noise reduction method based on frequency slice wavelet transform (FSWT) is applied to remove the surrounding noise. And then the duration of heart murmur is segmented and extracted by the characteristic moment waveform. Finally, the Mel-scale frequency features are extracted based on Mel frequency cepstrum coefficients for the heart murmur signal. Results The heart sound data including 32 normal cases and 16 ventricular septal defect (VSD) cases are applied to validate the efficiency of the proposed method. And the parameter scopes of normal and VSD data are calculated by the average values and standard deviations of the Mel-scale features. Conclusions The proposed method can identify the characteristic of VSD heart sounds in the duration of systolic murmurs. And more features may be extracted from diastolic murmurs for further analysis. The proposed method can be the effective reference for the screening and monitoring of typical congenital heart disease.
