摘要:

目的 基于功能連接算法分析屈光參差性弱視和正常對照組的功能性磁共振成像 (functional magnetic resonance imaging, fMRI) 數(shù)據(jù), 通過對比弱視患者腦部自發(fā)活動的視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能連接異常, 揭示其視覺損傷機制。方法 在閉眼靜息條件下采集21名弱視成年人和21名正常對照組的fMRI數(shù)據(jù), 進行去噪、校正等預(yù)處理后, 計算初級視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)、高級視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)和視覺空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)3個典型的視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的功能連接系數(shù), 并采用雙樣本t檢驗進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 屈光參差性弱視與正常對照組在初級視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)中差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義, 在高級視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)和視覺空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)中差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義, 并且它們網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的功能連接差異也無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 基于功能連接的靜息態(tài)功能磁共振分析是有效的非侵入式腦區(qū)功能性連接異常研究方法, 能夠反映屈光參差性弱視不同視覺網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自發(fā)腦部活動腦區(qū)異常表現(xiàn), 對于弱視致病機制模型研究和提出新的治療方法都有重要啟發(fā)。

Objective In resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study, spontaneous activity patterns changed in anisometropic amblyopia could be reflected by the abnormalities of functional connectivity in visual network. Methods Twenty one adult anisometropic amblyopia and 21 normal controls participated in this study. Preprocessing with denoising and alignment, the fMRI data was analyzed to get functional connectivity value in three visual networks: the visuospatial network (VSN) , the high-level visual network (HVN) and the primary visual network (PVN) . Two sample t test was carried out to analysis functional connectivity value within the whole brain for the inter groups. Results We found a significant loss of correlation within VSN and HVN but not in PVN, and further the correlation between the VSN-HVN was also significant. Conclusions Functional connectivity is an effective noninvasive algorithm, which can help to exploring spontaneous patterns changes in amblyopia. And multiple area existed patterns abnormal and some of them may relate to the functional connectivity. These resultshave important implications for models of amblyopia and approaches to treatment.
