摘要：

為提高醫(yī)學(xué)科研院所科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的效率, 本文從科研管理的角度分析了醫(yī)學(xué)科研院所科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化存在的問題, 即組織機構(gòu)和功能設(shè)計不完善、轉(zhuǎn)化相關(guān)專業(yè)人才缺乏、轉(zhuǎn)化資金投入不足、轉(zhuǎn)化平臺不健全等。提出可從完善組織機構(gòu)和功能設(shè)計、優(yōu)化學(xué)科和人才培養(yǎng)體系、加大經(jīng)費投入及優(yōu)化經(jīng)費結(jié)構(gòu)、加強醫(yī)學(xué)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)等方面探索解決問題的對策。

In order to improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements for institute of medicine, this article analyzed the problems from the perspective of scientific research management.Those were imperfect organization and function design, the lack of transformation related professionals, insufficient investment in transformation funds, and imperfect conversion platform, etc.The authors put forward specific suggestions, including establishing a perfect organization, reforming the evaluation system and discipline system, increasing the investment and optimizing the structure of funds, strengthening the construction of the service platform for the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements.
