摘要:

目的 探索基于運動學(xué)和肌電特征的腦癱患兒爬行運動功能異常量化評估方法。方法 以兒童手膝爬行作為研究對象。首先, 利用動力學(xué)傳感器和表面肌電檢測技術(shù), 提取可有效描述爬行運動強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性、肌肉激活水平以及拮抗肌對協(xié)調(diào)性等功能狀態(tài)特征參數(shù);然后, 針對多通道數(shù)據(jù)特征對爬行運動功能進(jìn)行整體量化評估時存在的數(shù)據(jù)冗余現(xiàn)象, 利用主成分分析 (principal component analysis, PCA) 算法進(jìn)行特征融合, 提出基于特征距離比的腦癱患兒爬行運動異常量化評估方法。結(jié)果 對17名健康兒童和22名腦癱患兒開展了爬行運動分析, 發(fā)現(xiàn)PCA特征融合可有效減少多維特征中的冗余信息, 基于融合特征距離比的方法可有效描述腦癱患兒的爬行運動異常。結(jié)論 本文提出的基于運動學(xué)和表面肌電特征距離比的方法, 為腦癱患兒爬行功能異常的量化評估提供了可能。

Objective To explore the quantitative analysis and evaluation method for crawling abnormalities in children with cerebral palsy ( CP) based on kinetic and surface electromyography ( s EMG) characteristics. Methods Children's hand-knee crawling was studied in this paper. Firstly, the inertial sensors and s EMG electrodes were used to capture the features that effectively described the intensity, stability, muscle activation level and coordination of antagonistic muscle pairs during hand-knee crawling. Secondly, aiming to solve data redundancy problem in the overall quantitative evaluation of crawling motor function from multichannel data features, the principal component analysis ( PCA) algorithm was used for feature fusion, and the quantitative evaluation method of crawling motion abnormality was proposed based on feature distance ratio.Results There were 17 healthy children and 22 children with CP recruited in this study. The experimental results demonstrated that PCA-based feature fusion could reduce the redundant information in multi-dimensional features, and the evaluation method based on feature distance ratio could effectively describe the abnormal crawling motion of CP children. Conclusions This method based on kinematics and s EMG feature distance ratio provides a possibility for quantitative evaluation of crawling abnormalities in children with CP.
