目的 合理化醫(yī)院應(yīng)急資源配置, 可使醫(yī)院在應(yīng)急救援中更好地完成任務(wù), 而SIMIO模型具有快速且靈敏的模擬能力, 可用來探討醫(yī)院應(yīng)急資源配置。方法 基于某醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有的應(yīng)急資源配置和應(yīng)急流程, 建立了SIMIO模型。隨后根據(jù)某醫(yī)院接受地震傷員的情況, 模擬出幾種不同的醫(yī)院應(yīng)急情境, 對現(xiàn)有資源配置的合理性進行研究。結(jié)果 對仿真結(jié)果中出現(xiàn)患者等待時間過長以及醫(yī)務(wù)人員實際工作時間過長的情境進行合適的資源補充研究。結(jié)論 運用該模型可以對不同情境下醫(yī)院應(yīng)急資源配置進行定量分析, 分析結(jié)果可以讓醫(yī)院在制定相關(guān)應(yīng)急預(yù)案時可以得到更多的數(shù)據(jù)支持。 |

Objective A rational usage of the hospital emergency resources can make hospitals fulfill their missions better in emergency rescues. SIMIO model has fast and sensitive simulation capabilities to be used in the discussion of hospital emergency resource allocation. Methods With the investigation of emergency process and emergency resources in a local hospital, a simulation model based on SIMIO is established.According to a registered wounded number in the earthquake of a hospital from literature, several different hospital emergency scenarios are simulated. Results The simulation experiment is carried out to reduce the patients waiting time and to rationalize the resource working time in different emergency scenes. Conclusions This model can be used to quantitatively analyze the emergency resource allocation in hospitals under different emergency scenes. The analysis results can allow the hospital to obtain more data support when formulating relevant emergency plans. |
