摘要：

隨著我國科研實力的不斷增強, 科研項目和科研成果的迅速增長, 傳統(tǒng)的科研管理模式面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。北京市心肺血管疾病研究所采用綜合管理系統(tǒng)解決在科研管理中遇到的問題, 并介紹了系統(tǒng)包含的主要模塊及其應(yīng)用。該管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了信息資源的共享, 提高了科研綜合管理方面的能力。

With the improvement of scientific research strength in China and the rapid growth of scientific research projects and achievements, the traditional management mode in scientific research faces severe challenges. With an integrated management system, Beijing Institute of Heart Lung and Blood Vessel Diseases solves the problems in scientific research management. We introduce the main modules and applications included in the system. The management system realizes the sharing of information resources and improves the capabilities of the institute in integrated management of scientific research.
