摘要:

人體脈搏波中含有豐富的生理病理信息,在脈診客觀化進(jìn)程中,對脈搏波信號的分析尤為重要。 本文對脈搏波時域分析法和頻域分析法進(jìn)行了簡要介紹,重點梳理了頻域分析法中共振理論的研究進(jìn)展,包括動脈徑向振動方程、器官共振頻率、物理生物實驗等。 通過對共振理論的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在動脈徑向振動方程實用性差、證明脈搏波諧波-器官頻率匹配的實驗不充分等問題,并進(jìn)一步指出了今后的研究要點,以期有助于該理論的發(fā)展和臨床應(yīng)用。


Human pulse wave contains abundant physiological and pathological information. In the process of objectification of pulse diagnosis, the analysis of pulse wave signal is particularly important.In this paper, pulse wave time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis are briefly introduced. The research progress of resonance theory in frequency-domain analysis is mainly reviewed, including radial vibration equation of arteries, resonance frequency of organs, physical and biological experiments, etc. Through the study of resonance theory, it is found that the radial vibration equation of arteries is not practical and the experiment of pulse wave harmonics - organs frequency matching is not sufficient. The key points of future research are pointed out to help the theory development and clinical application.
