目的 通過離散系統(tǒng)仿真和價值流圖析法分析婦幼保健院就診流程，以科學評價婦幼保健院運作效率，識別就診流程中存在的問題。方法 通過現(xiàn)場流程調(diào)研、歷史數(shù)據(jù)收集統(tǒng)計，應用離散系統(tǒng)仿真平臺建立醫(yī)院仿真模型，并利用價值流圖析法識別出不增值的環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)果 仿真結(jié)果顯示孕婦在整個檢查流程中的時間增值比低于40%，等待檢查時間過長，分析得出該院各科室的平均利用率為51.9%，存在較高的資源浪費。結(jié)論 利用離散系統(tǒng)仿真及價值流圖分析可以為醫(yī)院實現(xiàn)精益醫(yī)療改善提供量化依據(jù)，進而從資源配置、流程改善及預約導診等方面給出改善建議。
