基于粉霧劑的宮頸給藥裝置結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要:

目的 為了克服傳統(tǒng)宮頸給藥方式存在的劑型缺陷,本文設(shè)計了一種基于粉霧劑的宮頸給藥裝置,并通過結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計使該裝置能夠滿足一般粉霧劑藥物的給藥作用,將粉霧劑藥物送達(dá)人體病變位置.方法 通過模擬現(xiàn)有吸入粉霧劑的裝置結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計此宮頸給藥裝置,使粉霧劑均勻噴灑在人體宮頸內(nèi),以便于人體宮頸黏膜吸收粉霧劑藥物.應(yīng)用流體力學(xué)計算此裝置所要求提供的壓強(qiáng)參數(shù),同時通過ANSYS 軟件定性分析該裝置在規(guī)定參數(shù)下的可行性。結(jié)果 裝置在氣流速度 60 L / min,出口壓力 1 MPa狀態(tài)下可以使粉霧劑達(dá)到很好的湍流狀態(tài),利于粉霧劑的分散。結(jié)論 該裝置能夠滿足一般粉霧劑的給藥要求,對粉霧劑的分散效果明顯。

Objective In order to overcome the defects of the conventional vaginal administration, a vaginal drug delivery device for powder is designed .The structural design of the device is capable of meeting the administration of general powder, drugs are delivered to human lesions. Methods The design for the cervix device is accomplished by simulating the structure of the existing inhalation powder, the powder evenly sprayed in the cervix, in order to facilitate the body’ s cervical mucosal absorption of powder drugs. And the pressure parameters required by this device are calculated by hydrodynamics, the feasibility of the device under the specified parameters is qualitatively analyzed by ANSYS. Resluts In the state of air flow rate 60 L / min, outlet pressure 1 MPa, the device can allow the powder to reach a severe turbulence, conducive to the dispersion of powder. Conclusions The device can meet the requirements of the administration of general powder, the dispersion effect of the powder is obvious.
