探索醫(yī)院內(nèi)部醫(yī)療設(shè)備共享調(diào)配的有效管理模式。采用獨(dú)立實(shí)體租賃與協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)配科室間租賃相結(jié)合的模式，對(duì)醫(yī)院臨床科室進(jìn)行設(shè)備租賃或調(diào)配，各科室按使用時(shí)間以內(nèi)部核算的方式支付租金。這種管理模式可以提高醫(yī)療設(shè)備使用率，降低醫(yī)療設(shè)備投入成本，并且減少內(nèi)部消耗，增強(qiáng)設(shè)備供應(yīng)保障部門的應(yīng)急調(diào)配能力和服務(wù)水平。充分利用有限資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備資源共享動(dòng)態(tài)配置，將成為醫(yī)院設(shè)備綜合管理的必然趨勢(shì)。 |

To explore the effective management pattern of sharing and allocating of medical equipment. This essay proposes the method that integrates the independent leasing with the inter-departmental leasing to rent or allocate the medical equipment of the clinical department. The rental fees of the equipment are calculated according to the using time and paid by internal accounting. The proposed method improves the utilizing rate of medical equipment and reduces the investment costs of medical equipment. It also enhances the emergency allocating ability and service level of equipment supply and support department. This method makes full use of limited resources and realizes the dynamic allocating of medical equipment resources. It is believed that this management pattern can be an inevitable trend of equipment comprehend management in future hospitals. |
