摘要:

目的 醫(yī)療設(shè)備在臨床診斷和治療中發(fā)揮重要作用,醫(yī)療設(shè)備臨床使用風(fēng)險將影響臨床診療的質(zhì)量和水平,如何進(jìn)行有效的醫(yī)療設(shè)備風(fēng)險控制是臨床醫(yī)療設(shè)備管理面臨的一個重要技術(shù)問題。為此,本文提出一種醫(yī)療設(shè)備臨床使用風(fēng)險控制計算分析方法。 方法 應(yīng)用失效模式和效果分析(failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)方法分析臨床醫(yī)療過程中醫(yī)療設(shè)備使用的主要風(fēng)險環(huán)節(jié)和風(fēng)險特征,探索醫(yī)療設(shè)備臨床應(yīng)用風(fēng)險的數(shù)值計算,提出醫(yī)療設(shè)備臨床使用風(fēng)險控制計算分析方法,并將此方法應(yīng)用于呼吸機(jī)。結(jié)果 應(yīng)用所提出的醫(yī)療設(shè)備臨床使用風(fēng)險計算分析方法,獲得呼吸機(jī)臨床使用的風(fēng)險特征參數(shù)及臨床使用風(fēng)險雷達(dá)圖,實現(xiàn)呼吸機(jī)臨床使用風(fēng)險的動態(tài)監(jiān)控。 結(jié)論 本文建立的臨床醫(yī)療設(shè)備風(fēng)險控制計算分析方法可為臨床醫(yī)療設(shè)備使用風(fēng)險的數(shù)值評估和跟蹤監(jiān)控提供新的技術(shù)支撐。

Objective Medical equipment plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The clinical use risk of medical equipment will affect the quality and level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. How to carry out effective risk control of medical equipment is an important technical problem facing the management of clinical medical equipment. Therefore,we propose a risk control calculation and analysis method for clinical medical equipment. Methods Applying FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) principle, we analyzed the main risk links and risk characteristics of the use of medical equipment in the clinical medical process, explored the numerical calculation of the risk of clinical application of medical equipment, proposed a risk control calculation and analysis method for clinical medical equipment, and applied this method to breathing machine. Results Utilizing the risk calculation method of clinical use of medical equipment, the risk characteristic parameters and radar chart of clinical use of breathing machine were obtained,dynamic monitoring of breathing machine use risk could be achieved. Conclusions The method of risk control calculation and analysis of clinical medical equipment established in this paper can provide new technical support for the numerical evaluation and tracking and monitoring of clinical medical equipment use risk.
