摘要:

目的 設(shè)計(jì)可以監(jiān)測(cè)、分析、干預(yù)以及反饋人體睡眠狀況的智能實(shí)時(shí)睡眠監(jiān)測(cè)與干預(yù)系統(tǒng),以改善使用者睡眠問(wèn)題。方法 首先設(shè)計(jì)智能實(shí)時(shí)睡眠監(jiān)測(cè)與干預(yù)系統(tǒng),其中生命體征信號(hào)采集模塊實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)人體肢體動(dòng)作、心臟泵血等引發(fā)的振動(dòng);數(shù)據(jù)處理中心提取體動(dòng)信號(hào)、呼吸信號(hào)與心沖擊信號(hào)(ballistocardiogram,BCG)信號(hào),利用睡眠監(jiān)測(cè)算法進(jìn)行睡眠狀況分析;中藥香薰器由數(shù)據(jù)處理中心控制開(kāi)關(guān),利用含有中藥成分的香薰干預(yù)睡眠;同時(shí)睡眠監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)時(shí)反饋干預(yù)情況下的數(shù)據(jù)。然后選取3名失眠的被試者進(jìn)行測(cè)試,檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的有效性。 結(jié)果 所構(gòu)建的系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)時(shí)記錄被試者睡眠情況并形成睡眠分期圖,更能利用中藥香薰有效地干預(yù)被試者不良睡眠情況。結(jié)論 該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)非接觸式睡眠情況采集與分析以及對(duì)入睡困難或睡眠質(zhì)量不佳等狀況的干預(yù)。

Objectives To design an intelligent real-time sleep monitoring and intervention system that can monitor, analyze, intervene and feed back human sleep conditions, in order to improve the users’ sleep problems. Methods Firstly,we design an intelligent real-time sleep monitoring and intervention system, in which the vital sign signal collection module monitors the vibration caused by body movements and cardiac pumping in real time; the data processing center extracts the body movement signal, respiratory signal and ballistocardiogram (BCG) signal for the sleep condition analysis by using the sleep monitoring algorithm; the Chinese traditional medicine aromatherapy device is controlled by the data processing center to intervene the sleep through the aromatherapy containing the Chinese traditional medicine; while the sleep monitoring feeds back the data under the intervention in real time. Then 3 subjects with insomnia are tested to verify the effectiveness of the system. Results The constructed system can record the sleep situation of the subjects in real time and form a sleep stage map, and can use the aromatherapy with Chinese traditional medicine to effectively intervene in the subjects’ poor sleep conditions. Conclusions The system can realize the collection and analysis of non-contact sleep conditions, and intervene the conditions such as the difficulty in falling asleep or poor quality of sleep.
