摘要:

目的 針對大眾對運(yùn)動干預(yù)依從性低、運(yùn)動習(xí)慣難以育成的現(xiàn)狀,研究一種基于行為改變理論的運(yùn)動干預(yù)方案設(shè)計(jì)方法并通過系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),以提升大眾運(yùn)動參與度。 方法 采用跨理論模型,根據(jù)不同階段下個(gè)體的行為特征及自我效能特點(diǎn),將運(yùn)動干預(yù)過程劃分為運(yùn)動意識培養(yǎng)、運(yùn)動習(xí)慣育成和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)三個(gè)階段,針對性地提出對應(yīng)的運(yùn)動干預(yù)方案設(shè)計(jì)方法。基于該方法構(gòu)建一套運(yùn)動干預(yù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)干預(yù)方案的自動推理以及干預(yù)過程跟蹤管理。結(jié)果 在某社區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用初步證明了該系統(tǒng)在基層運(yùn)動指導(dǎo)中的適用性。結(jié)論 基于跨理論模型的運(yùn)動干預(yù)方案設(shè)計(jì)方法及其系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),為基層運(yùn)動指導(dǎo)提供了必要的技術(shù)支撐,對于推動全民健身運(yùn)動計(jì)劃具有參考價(jià)值。

Objective In view of the low compliance of the public to exercise intervention and the difficulty in cultivating exercise habits, a design method of exercise intervention program based on the behavior change theory and its system implementation are studied to improve the participation in sports of the public. Methods On the basis of the transtheoretical model of change (TTM), the exercise intervention process is divided into three stages: the stage of exercise consciousness training, the stage of exercise habit cultivation and the stage of scientific exercise guidance according to the behavior characteristics and self-efficacy characteristics of individuals at different stages and three design methods of exercise intervention programs corresponding to stages are proposed. Based on the design method, an exercise intervention service system is constructed to realize the automatic reasoning of intervention schemes and the tracking management of intervention process. Results The practical application of the system in a community healthcare service center has preliminarily proved the applicability of the system in exercise guidance at the grassroots level. Conclusions The design method and its systematic implementation of exercise intervention program based on TTM provide necessary technical support for exercise guidance at the grassroots level and have reference value for promoting national fitness plan.
