摘要:

盆底功能障礙是婦科常見(jiàn)疾病,順產(chǎn)會(huì)導(dǎo)致肛提肌撕脫,盆底肌肉力量減弱,這些損害嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)婦健康。順產(chǎn)的方式、助產(chǎn)器械的使用都會(huì)影響順產(chǎn)的進(jìn)程從而造成盆底損傷,因此在順產(chǎn)過(guò)程中臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)骨盆及其軟組織損傷的判斷至關(guān)重要。研究順產(chǎn)盆底組織的力學(xué)變化及損傷情況,為臨床醫(yī)生制定康復(fù)方案提供參考是有必要的。本文主要圍繞順產(chǎn)對(duì)盆底的損傷及通過(guò)生物力學(xué)模擬順產(chǎn)得到易損部位進(jìn)行綜述。

Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common gynecological disease, which can lead to the avulsion of levator ani muscle and the weakening of pelvic floor muscle strength. These damages seriously affect maternal health.The way of spontaneous delivery, the use of midwifery equipments will affect the process of spontaneous delivery, resulting in pelvic floor injury. Therefore, it is very important for clinicians to judge the pelvic and soft tissue injury in the process of delivery. It is necessary to study the mechanical changes and injuries of the pelvic floor tissue in order to provide reference for clinicians to make rehabilitation suggestions.This article mainly focuses on the pelvic floor injury caused by spontaneous labor and the vulnerable parts obtained by biomechanical simulation of spontaneous labor
