摘要:

目的 開(kāi)發(fā)基于容積振動(dòng)法的股動(dòng)脈部位無(wú)創(chuàng)血壓檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)人們?cè)谌粘H鐜鷷r(shí)就可完成血壓的日常監(jiān)測(cè),改善了普通家庭血壓檢測(cè)的檢測(cè)不規(guī)律、有拘束、因被檢測(cè)者緊張導(dǎo)致的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)不準(zhǔn)確等的不足。方法 系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)部位為大腿股動(dòng)脈,檢測(cè)方式采用機(jī)械式提升。充氣氣囊局部加壓,壓力傳感器測(cè)壓的檢測(cè)模式。為提高光電傳感器的檢測(cè)精度,本研究探究了傳感頭尺寸。傳感頭發(fā)光二極管與光電二極管布置以及氣囊安裝的最佳參數(shù)。最后對(duì) 7 名健康的大學(xué)師生進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)并以上臂式電子血壓計(jì)作為對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能和精度進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 本系統(tǒng)與上臂式電子血壓計(jì)測(cè)得的收縮壓的相關(guān)系數(shù)為 r= 0.94,舒張壓的相關(guān)系數(shù)為 r = 0.93,兩者具有良好的直線相關(guān)性;并且,收縮壓和舒張壓均有 95%以上的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分布在 95%置信區(qū)間的范圍之內(nèi),說(shuō)明兩種測(cè)量方法具有良好的一致性。結(jié)論 以容積振動(dòng)法為檢測(cè)方法以大腿股動(dòng)脈為檢測(cè)對(duì)象,實(shí)施如廁時(shí)無(wú)創(chuàng)性血壓檢測(cè)是可行的。

Objective A noninvasive blood pressure detection system based on the volume-oscillometric method is developed, and daily monitoring of blood pressure can be realized while people on the toilet. The system improves the deficiencies of blood pressure detection in ordinary families, such as irregular, restrained,and inaccuracy caused by the tension. Methods The femoral artery is used as the detection object, and the detection mode of mechanical lifting, local pressurization by air bag and pressure measurement by pressure sensor is adopted in the system. In order to improve the detection accuracy of photoelectric sensors, we discuss the optimal parameters of sensor head size, arrangement of light emitting diodes and photodiodes, and airbag installation. Finally, the performance and accuracy of the system are evaluated by using seven healthy university teachers and students as the subjects and the arm type electronic sphygmomanometer as the comparative experimental instrument. Results The correlation coefficients of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) measured by the system and the electronic sphygmomanometer are r = 0.94 and r = 0.93 respectively, both have good linear correlation; and, more than 95% of the experimental data of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are distributed within the 95% confidence interval, showing good consistency in the two measurement methods. Conclusions It is feasible to use the volume-oscillometric method to detect noninvasive blood pressure of femoral artery while people on the toilet.
