摘要:

目的 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)艾灸操作不便、手法重復(fù)性差、安全防護(hù)及環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)一種智能艾灸手法模擬系統(tǒng),能達(dá)到更好治病和保健的目的。方法 應(yīng)用感光元件采集施灸部位圖像,經(jīng)雙邊濾波、畸變校正等預(yù)處理后,通過(guò)顏色識(shí)別及模板匹配獲取貼于施灸部位標(biāo)志點(diǎn)位置,坐標(biāo)變換后控制機(jī)械臂,實(shí)現(xiàn)腧穴定位、艾灸手法模擬、安全防護(hù)及艾煙凈化等功能。結(jié)果 經(jīng)各項(xiàng)性能測(cè)試,本系統(tǒng)可執(zhí)行雀啄灸和回旋灸等灸法,能實(shí)時(shí)切換運(yùn)行模式,通過(guò)APP藍(lán)牙傳遞指令滿(mǎn)足臨床治療和保健的需要。結(jié)論 本系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)腧穴定位、模擬艾灸手法操作等,替代傳統(tǒng)灸療減輕醫(yī)生工作強(qiáng)度,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。

Objective The objective is to design an intelligent moxibustion manipulation simulation system for the problems of traditional moxibustion in terms of the inconvenience of operation, poor repeatability, safety protection and environmental pollution. Methods Apply photosensitive element to collect image of moxibustion position. After processed by bilateral filter and distortion correction, get the mark position of the moxibustion position through color recognition and template matching. After coordinate transformation, control the mechanical arm to realize the functions of acupoint location, moxibustion manipulation simulation, safety protection and moxibustion smoke purification. Results Through various performance tests, the system can perform pecking moxibustion, rotating moxibustion and other moxibustion methods, switch the operation mode in real time and transfer instructions with Bluetooth through the APP so as to meet the needs of clinical treatment and health care. Conclusions The system has got a good application prospect when used to locate acupoints, simulate moxibustion manipulation and relieve the intensity of the work of doctors in substitute of traditional moxibustion therapy.
