Design and application of rapid fixation device for non-invasive brain edema monitor electrode under emergency rescue

摘要:

目的 自行設(shè)計(jì)了無創(chuàng)腦水腫快速固定裝置,并應(yīng)用于臨床。方法 選取2019年3月—2020年2月在解放軍總醫(yī)院第五醫(yī)學(xué)中心神經(jīng)內(nèi)科的104例腦水腫患者,應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(52人)和對(duì)照組(52人),觀察組實(shí)施自行設(shè)計(jì)的快速電極固定裝置進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)電極固定方法監(jiān)測,總結(jié)分析兩組監(jiān)測的效果。結(jié)果 觀察組操作時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組,電極移位、脫落情況、滿意度及患者舒適度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)急救援下無創(chuàng)腦水腫監(jiān)測儀電極快速固定裝置大大縮短操作時(shí)間,確保電極固定牢固,不易脫落,患者滿意度及舒適度明顯提高,為應(yīng)急救援下快速監(jiān)測贏得了寶貴的時(shí)間。

Objective To design a rapid fixation device for cerebral edema and apply it in clinical practice. Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebral edema from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=52) and control group (n=52) by random number table. The observation group was monitored by self-designed rapid electrode fixation device, while the control group was monitored by conventional electrode fixation method. The monitoring effects of the two groups were summarized and analyzed. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The electrode displacement, detachment, satisfaction and patient comfort of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions The rapid fixation device of brain edema monitor electrode in emergency rescue can greatly shorten the operation time, ensure that the electrode is firmly fixed, not easy to fall off, and significantly improve the patient satisfaction and comfort, which gains valuable time for rapid monitoring under emergency rescue.
