Analysis of medical ultrasonic equipment failures and vulnerable parts based on maintenance data

摘要:

目的 對超聲設(shè)備故障現(xiàn)象和易損部件進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì),探討針對性的超聲設(shè)備預(yù)防性維修維護(hù)策略。方法 對2016-2019年間457次超聲設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從故障現(xiàn)象、導(dǎo)致該故障現(xiàn)象的易損部件等方面進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果 超聲設(shè)備高發(fā)的故障現(xiàn)象依次為顯示故障(34%)、開機(jī)故障(23%)、面板故障(16%)和探頭故障(11%),高發(fā)的易損部件依次為探頭(38%)、面板(17%)、電源(12%)、計(jì)算機(jī)硬件(9%)和板卡(8%),且進(jìn)口設(shè)備與國產(chǎn)設(shè)備之間、臺式設(shè)備與便攜式設(shè)備之間的高發(fā)易損部件存在差異;進(jìn)口設(shè)備高發(fā)易損部件依次為探頭(37%)、面板(18%)和電源(13%),國產(chǎn)設(shè)備高發(fā)易損部件依次為探頭(40%)、軟件(21%)和面板(12%);臺式設(shè)備高發(fā)易損部件依次為探頭(42%)、面板(20%)和計(jì)算機(jī)硬件(9%),便攜式設(shè)備高發(fā)易損部件為電源(34%)、探頭(22%)和計(jì)算機(jī)硬件(8%)。結(jié)論 超聲設(shè)備高發(fā)的易損部件主要為探頭、面板、電源、計(jì)算機(jī)硬件和板卡,且進(jìn)口設(shè)備與國產(chǎn)設(shè)備之間、臺式設(shè)備與便攜式設(shè)備之間的高發(fā)易損部件存在差異,對超聲設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維修維護(hù)應(yīng)主要針對這些高發(fā)易損部件展開,同時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)備之間的差異具有針對性。

Objective To discuss targeted preventive maintenance strategies for ultrasonic equipment by classifying statistics of medical ultrasonic equipment failures and vulnerable parts. Methods Statistic analysis of 457 ultrasonic equipment failures from 2016 to 2019 is carried out , and classify statistics is carried out in terms of the failure phenomenon and the vulnerable parts that caused the failure phenomenon. Results The failure phenomena with high incidence of medical ultrasonic equipment are display failure (34%), startup failure (23%), panel failure (16%), and probe failure (11%), the vulnerable parts with high incidence of medical ultrasonic equipment are probe (38%), panel (17%), power supply (12%), computer hardware (9%) and board card (8%), and there are differences in vulnerable parts with high incidence between imported equipment and domestic equipment, and between desktop equipment and portable equipment; The vulnerable parts with high incidence of imported equipment are probe (37%), panel (18%) and power supply (13%), and the vulnerable parts with high incidence of domestic equipment are probe (40%), software (21%) and panel (12%). The vulnerable parts with high incidence of desktop equipment are probe (42%), panel (20%) and computer hardware (9%), and the vulnerable parts with high incidence of portable equipment are power supplies (34%), probe (22%) and computer hardware ( 8%). Conclusions The vulnerable parts with high incidence of medical ultrasonic equipment are probe, panel, power supply, computer hardware and board card, and there are differences between imported equipment and domestic equipment, and between desktop equipment and portable equipment, the preventive maintenance of ultrasonic equipment should be mainly carried out for these vulnerable parts with high incidence, and take targeted measures based on the differences between different equipment.
