摘要:

目的 通過(guò)對(duì)心包經(jīng)原穴內(nèi)關(guān)穴進(jìn)行激光針灸實(shí)驗(yàn),探討人體心包經(jīng)循行路線的規(guī)律。方法 應(yīng)用單盲隨機(jī)對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)研究, 根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將志愿者分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組 (n=40) 和對(duì)照組 (n=40) 。實(shí)驗(yàn)組用激光針灸心包經(jīng)原穴內(nèi)關(guān)穴, 對(duì)照組未施加激光靜躺同樣的時(shí)間。用熱相顯示法觀察并記錄相應(yīng)經(jīng)脈體表溫度的變化,分析心包經(jīng)經(jīng)脈上相應(yīng)穴位的溫度和穴位旁開(kāi)位溫度。結(jié)合Matlab圖像分析軟件,對(duì)激光針灸前后的手臂體表熱像圖進(jìn)行圖像配準(zhǔn)并相減得到溫差效應(yīng)圖。最后對(duì)比和分析實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組激光針灸人體手臂的溫度變化。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組在刺激內(nèi)關(guān)穴后,經(jīng)線上穴位點(diǎn)升溫0.811~1.492 ℃,經(jīng)線上穴位旁開(kāi)點(diǎn)升溫0.349~0.539 ℃,而對(duì)照組循經(jīng)線未有明顯升溫現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論 激光針灸刺激內(nèi)關(guān)穴會(huì)引起正常人手厥陰心包經(jīng)體表沿循行線溫度升高。

 

Objective By means of laser acupuncture and moxibustion experiment on the original point of pericardium, the regularity of the route of pericardium is discussed. Methods Using a single-blind randomized controlled trial study, volunteers were assigned to either the experimental group (n = 40) or the control group (n = 40) according to the random number table method. The experimental group was treated with laser acupuncture at the pericardial point of Neiguan(PC6), and the control group did not lay down with laser for the same time. The changes in body surface temperature of the corresponding meridians were observed and recorded by thermal chromatography, and the temperatures of the corresponding acupoints on the pericardial meridians and the opening temperature beside the acupoints were analyzed. Combined with MATLAB image analysis software, image registration of the body surface thermal image before and after light moxibustion and subtraction to obtain the temperature difference effect map. Finally, the temperature changes of the human arm by laser acupuncture were compared and analyzed between the experimental group and the control group. Results Observe the body surface thermal image before and after laser acupuncture and the temperature difference effect after treatment. It was found that after stimulating the Neiguan(PC6), the test group increased by 0.81-1.48℃ on the meridian and 0.37-0.48℃ on the non-acupoint on the meridian, while the control group did not increase the temperature along the meridian.Conclusions Laser acupuncture can stimulate the Neiguan(PC6) to increase the temperature of the normal hand Jueyin pericardium along the course line.
