摘要:

目的為避免久坐對工作人員的身心造成影響,探討在不減少工作時長的條件下采用坐站 交替工作模式來替代單一作業(yè)姿勢的可行性。方法通過模擬20名受試者在坐站交替模式下工作,采 用調(diào)查問卷對受試者作業(yè)期間肌肉疲勞評估以及預(yù)估改變作業(yè)姿勢的時間,結(jié)合肌電信號 (electromyography ,EMG)對受試者腿部腓腸肌、比目魚肌和腰部豎脊肌進行測量并分析其各階段中值頻 率的變化趨勢,判定各組肌肉中值頻率下降的時間點。將主觀自評與肌肉疲勞分析相結(jié)合,采用聚類分 析將受試者按照坐姿偏好與非偏好進行區(qū)分。結(jié)果受試者在站姿25 min時產(chǎn)生肌肉疲勞,45 min坐姿 滿意度。6分者視為偏好坐姿人群,其在坐姿50 min時產(chǎn)生肌肉疲勞,45 min坐姿滿意度小于6分者視 為非偏好坐姿人群,其在坐姿30 min時產(chǎn)生肌肉疲勞。結(jié)論根據(jù)不同人群的偏好合理地設(shè)置坐站交替 時間可以有效地避免肌肉疲勞的累積。

 

Objective  In order to avoid the effects of sedentary on body and mind of the staff, it is explored to use the alternate sitting and standing mode to replace sedentary without reducing the working time. Methods By simulating 20 subjects working under alternate sitting and standing mode, using questionnaires to assess the muscle fatigue of the subjects during work and estimate the time to change their working postures. The electromyography (EMG)signal of the subjects’ gastrocnemius, soleus and erector spinae were measured and analyzed the change trend of the median frequency at each stage to determine the time point at which the muscle fatigue. Combining the self-assessment with muscle fatigue analysis, subjects were classified into sitting preference and non-preference  using the clustering algorithm. Results The subjects feel muscle fatigue when standing for 25 minutes. The subjects whose satisfaction ≥ 6 in the 45-minute sitting posture were considered to be a sitting preference and the sitting posture for 50 minutes. Others were considered to be a sitting non-preference and the sitting posture for 30 minutes. Conclusions Setting the alternate time between sitting and standing reasonably according to the preferences of different groups of people can avoid the accumulation of muscle fatigue effectively.
