摘要：

目的分析首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京安貞醫(yī)院“首都臨床特色應(yīng)用研究”專項(xiàng)申請與獲資助情況，為臨床研究項(xiàng)目的申請管理提供借鑒。方法以申請人的年齡、職稱、學(xué)位、所在學(xué)科以及是否具有相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)等為指標(biāo)，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2010-2018年間，醫(yī)院共申請89項(xiàng)，中標(biāo)41項(xiàng)，中標(biāo)率46.1%。但獲批項(xiàng)目申請人的年齡、學(xué)科分布不均衡。年齡小于40歲的申請者申請項(xiàng)目少，但中標(biāo)率為50%高于平均中標(biāo)率46.7%；年齡在40-45歲申請者中標(biāo)率最高，為60%；已有研究基礎(chǔ)的申請人更易獲得資助。結(jié)論臨床研究項(xiàng)目的設(shè)立為臨床科研人員提供了新的平臺，做好組織協(xié)調(diào)工作可有效提高中標(biāo)率。

Objective To analysis the conditions of the applicants approved from the "Capital Clinical Characteristic Application Research" special project in Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University ，and to provide a reference for the application management of clinical research projects. Methods The indicators，including the applicant's age, title, degree, discipline and relevant research basis were statistically analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2018, 41 items were approved in 89 items totally, with a bidding rate of 46.1%. However, the age and subject distribution of the approved project applicants are not balanced. Applicants aged less than 40 apply for fewer projects, but the bidding rate of 50% is higher than the average bidding rate of 46.7%. Applicants aged 40-45 have the highest bidding rate of 60%. And applicants with research foundation are easier to obtain funding. Conclusions The establishment of clinical research projects provides a new platform for clinical researchers, and the organization and coordination can effectively improve the bidding rate.
