ＣＴ質控中水模校準在設備使用中的保障作用

摘要：

目的探討水模校準在CT質控中的作用，以期為CT設備使用的保障提出建設性意見。方法選擇3臺CT設備，依據GB 17589—2011通過水模校準對設備進行質控，記錄校準前后的CT值，并進行統計分析。結果 3臺CT設備校準前的CT值分別為0.9±1.1、0.9±0.8、0.9±1.2，校準后的CT值分別為0.7±0.2、0.6±0.3、0.6±0.3，差異具有統計學意義（P＜0.01）。結論嚴格執(zhí)行質控，定期進行水模校準，可以對設備使用起到保障作用。

Objective To discusse the role of water model calibration in CT quality control,and to provide constructive suggestions for the use of CT equipment. Methods Three sets of CT equipment were selected. According to GB 17589—2011, the quality control of the equipment was carried out through water model calibration every month, and the CT values before and after calibration were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The CT values of the three CT devices before calibration were 0.9±1.1, 0.9±0.8 and 0.9±1.2, respectively, and the CT values after calibration were 0.7±0.2, 0.6±0.3 and 0.6±0.3, respectively. The difference between before and after calibration was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions Strict quality control and regular water model calibration can guarantee the use of equipment.
