Common fault data analysis and preventive maintenance of CT

摘要:

目的 以醫(yī)院CT設(shè)備故障現(xiàn)象和易損件分類統(tǒng)計(jì),探討加強(qiáng)CT設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)措施在降低CT設(shè)備故障和更換易損件應(yīng)用效果。方法 以醫(yī)院在用兩臺(tái)CT為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合2014-2020年兩臺(tái)CT的常見故障數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。其中于2019年開始基于醫(yī)院的CT使用情況進(jìn)行預(yù)防性維護(hù),之后對(duì)2014-2020年間兩臺(tái)CT的設(shè)備故障和易損件更換情況分別進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì),并分年度對(duì)比探討預(yù)防性維護(hù)是否有影響;最后對(duì)2017-2020年兩臺(tái)CT的球管更換情況和相應(yīng)球管曝光次數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探討預(yù)防性維護(hù)能否延長其球管壽命。結(jié)果 2014-2020年度期間,CT高發(fā)故障依次為軟件故障、計(jì)算機(jī)硬件故障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)及電纜故障和機(jī)械故障,占比分別為27.12%、24.58%、17.37%、13.14%,共計(jì)占CT總故障82.21%;CT高發(fā)易損件依次為板卡、鼠標(biāo)、碳刷、軸承油、球管、高壓電纜和電源。分年度進(jìn)行對(duì)照CT設(shè)備采取預(yù)防性維護(hù)措施后,年度故障發(fā)生次數(shù)平穩(wěn),年度易損件更換次數(shù)變化不大,CT球管更換次數(shù)減少,單支球管的平均曝光次數(shù)增加。結(jié)論 針對(duì)高發(fā)故障進(jìn)行預(yù)防性維護(hù)可以有效減少CT故障發(fā)生,增加CT球管曝光次數(shù),整體提升CT的使用質(zhì)量。

Objective  Based on the hospital CT equipment failure phenomenon and the classification statistics of vulnerable parts, we explored the application effect of strengthening CT equipment preventive maintenance measures in reducing CT equipment faults and replacing vulnerable parts. Method The common fault data of two CTs in hospital from 2014 to 2020 were analyzed. . The preventive maintenance was started in 2019  based on the CT usage  in the hospital, after which the equipment breakdown and vulnerable parts  replacement of the two CTs from 2014-2020 were classified and compared by year to explore whether preventive maintenance has an impact; finally, the tube replacement and exposure times of the two CTs from 2017 to 2020 were statistically analyzed to explore whether preventive maintenance can prolong the life of the tube. Results In the period of 2014-2020, the high incidence of CT failures were software failures, computer hardware failures, network and cable failures, and mechanical failures, with 27.12%, 24.58%, 17.37%, and 13.14% respectively, which accounted for 82.21% of the total CT failures; High incidence of CT vulnerable parts are, boards, mouse, carbon brushe, bearing oil, ball tube, high-voltage cable and power supply. We found that the number of annual failures was stable, the number of annual vulnerable parts replacement did not change a lot, the number of CT bulb tube replacement decreased, and the average exposures times of a single tube has increased after the preventive maintenance measures were taken against the CT equipment by years. Conclusions Preventive maintenance for high-incidence failures can effectively reduce the occurrence of CT failures, increase the times of CT tube exposure, and improve the overall quality of CT use.
