醫(yī)學研究所廉潔文化建設(shè)途徑探析

摘要：

打造良好的廉潔文化，可以有力地促進醫(yī)學研究所健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合實際工作，從廉潔文化建設(shè)與研究所中心工作相結(jié)合、與制度體系建設(shè)相結(jié)合、與靶向性教育相結(jié)合、與機構(gòu)文化建設(shè)結(jié)合四個方面，探析醫(yī)學研究所開展廉潔文化建設(shè)的有效途徑，為進一步推進醫(yī)學研究所廉政文化建設(shè)提供借鑒。

Building a good clean culture can effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of medical research institutes. Based on the actual work, this paper analyzes the effective ways for medical research institutes to carry out the construction of clean culture from four aspects：the construction of clean culture combined with the central work of the research institute, the construction of institutional system, targeted education, and the construction of institutional culture, so as to provide reference for further promoting the construction of clean culture in medical research institutes.
