摘要：

目的討論研究在醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材精細(xì)化管理中運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理模式（以下簡(jiǎn)稱SPD管理模式）的價(jià)值作用。方法將2021年2月—2022年2月期間院內(nèi)的醫(yī)用耗材納入研究范圍，在2021年2—7月期間對(duì)醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理，2021年8月—2022年2月期間在精細(xì)化管理的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用SPD管理模式，對(duì)比實(shí)施SPD管理模式前后整體的管理效果水平；對(duì)比實(shí)施SPD管理模式前后醫(yī)療耗材浪費(fèi)情況；對(duì)比實(shí)施SPD管理模式前后相關(guān)不良事件發(fā)生幾率。結(jié)果實(shí)施SPD管理模式之后，醫(yī)院整體醫(yī)用耗材精細(xì)化管理水平明顯超過(guò)未實(shí)施SPD管理模式前（P<0.05）；醫(yī)院整體醫(yī)用耗材浪費(fèi)情況明顯優(yōu)于未實(shí)施SPD管理模式前（P<0.05）；醫(yī)院整體醫(yī)用耗材相關(guān)不良事件發(fā)生幾率明顯低于未實(shí)施SPD管理模式前（P<0.05）。結(jié)論在醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材管理過(guò)程中運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理+SPD管理模式，可以在很大程度上提升醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材管理水平，有效降低醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材浪費(fèi)情況，將相關(guān)不良事件的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在最小范圍。

Objective Discuss and study the value and function of applying Supply chain management mode(hereinafter referred to as SPD management mode) in the fine management of medical consumables in hospital. Methods the medical consumables in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in the research scope, and the hospital medical consumables were finely managed from February 2021 to July 2021. From August 2021 to February 2022, the SPD management mode was used on the basis of fine management, and the overall management effect level before and after the implementation of SPD management mode was compared; Compare the waste of medical consumables before and after the implementation of SPD management mode; Compare the incidence of related adverse events before and after the implementation of SPD management mode. Results after the implementation of SPD management mode, the fine management level of medical consumables in the hospital was significantly higher than that before the implementation of SPD management mode (P < 0.05); The overall waste of medical consumables in the hospital was significantly better than that before the implementation of SPD management mode (P < 0.05); The incidence of adverse events related to medical consumables in the hospital was significantly lower than that before the implementation of SPD management mode (P < 0.05). Conclusions the application of fine management + SPD management mode in the management of hospital medical consumables can greatly improve the management level of hospital medical consumables, effectively reduce the waste of hospital medical consumables, and minimize the risk of related adverse events.
