摘要：

目的通過分析民航總醫(yī)院使用云膠片替代傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)用膠片所帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益為今后醫(yī)院使用云膠片提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法利用民航總醫(yī)院 2019 年醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)hospitalinformation system,HIS)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫,應(yīng)用 Excel 軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果使用云膠片后,醫(yī)院的耗占比下降0.72%.患者膠片費(fèi)用平均降費(fèi) 49.40 元/人次,降費(fèi)比例為 71.18%,其中做 CT和磁共振檢查的患者膠片降費(fèi)比例分別為 78.26%和 83.71%。結(jié)論相較于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)用膠片,云膠片的使用能夠降低醫(yī)院的耗材支出.降低患者就醫(yī)費(fèi)用。

]Objective To analyze the economic and social benefits brought by Civil Aviation GeneralHospital using cloud film to replace traditional medical film ,so as to provide data support and scientific basis forthe hospitals to use cloud film in the future. Methods By using the hospital information system ( HIS) 2019statistical database of the hospital,the data were statistically analyzed with Excel software. Results After usingthe cloud film, the consumption ratio of the hospital was decreased by 0. 72% , the average cost of film wasreduced by 49.40 yuan/person time , and the rate of cost reduction was 71. 18% , of which the rate of costreduction for patients who took CT and MRI examination was 78.26% and 83.71% respectively. ConclusionsCompared with traditional medical film, using cloud film can reduce the expenditure of the hospitalconsumables ,and can reduce the medical expenses of patients also.
