兩種改良型Harrington棒的應力分析 Stress Analysis of two Kinds of Improvement Harrington Rods |

作者對Ｈａｒｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ棒加Ｅｄｗａｒｄｓ套棒（ＨＲＳ）和Ｃ型Ｈａｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ棒（ＨＲＣ）兩種改良型Ｈａｒｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ棒進行應力分析，確定出棒體的危險截面和危險點。通過理論分析和光彈模型試驗表明：在受傷脊柱復位程度相同的條件下，ＨＲＣ棒在棘齒根部的應力明顯低于ＨＲＳ棒。從而提示臨床，采用ＨＲＣ棒治療脊柱壓縮性骨折，在獲得與ＨＲＳ棒相同的復位效果時，可減少Ｈａｒ－ｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ棒從棘齒根部斷棒的現(xiàn)象，提高手術(shù)的成功率。 |

We analyzed the stress state of Harrington rod with Edwards sleeve (HRS) and Harrington rod of C type (HRC), and determined its dangerous cross section and dangerous point. Through theoretical analysis and photoelastic model testing to confirm:In the case of the same reduction degree of injured spine, the rack root stress of HRC is remarkably less than that of HRS.
