核磁共振圖像的自動(dòng)圖像分割和組織分類至今仍是一個(gè)有待解決的問題。在理想的情況下，各類組織的灰度呈正態(tài)分布；但受ＲＦ線圈、ＭＲ設(shè)備的操作環(huán)境等的影響，圖像的灰度均勻性變差，相當(dāng)于在增益場上疊加了一個(gè)偏移場，使信號產(chǎn)生混淆。作者采用“適配分割算法”，通過計(jì)算有偏場，并對圖像進(jìn)行灰度校正，可以達(dá)到全自動(dòng)地分割腦組織圖像 |
