局限性癲癇腦電時(shí)間序列的分形維數(shù)計(jì)算比較 _

摘要：

為探索應(yīng)用非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)理論診斷癲癇病的新方法，對局限性癲癇病患者腦電時(shí)間序列進(jìn)行了相關(guān)維數(shù)（Ｄｃ）和波形維數(shù)（Ｄｗ）的計(jì)算比較。觀察到，癇性導(dǎo)聯(lián)腦電的分形維數(shù)多低于對側(cè)導(dǎo)聯(lián)的值；相關(guān)維數(shù)Ｄｃ的相對變化量較波形維數(shù)Ｄｗ大；而波形維數(shù)Ｄｗ對癇性棘波敏感；結(jié)果提示，腦電時(shí)間序列的分形維數(shù)有可能成為診斷癲癇的特征參數(shù)，值得進(jìn)一步深入研究

In order to develope a new diagnostic method for partial epilepsy using fractal dimension measurement of theory of nonlinear dynamics,2 kinds of EEG fractal dimensions(correlation dimension D c and wave form dimension D w) were calculated and compared.It was observed that most of the EEG fractal dimension values of D c and D w at the epileptic electrodes were smaller than those at the non epileptic electrodes.Generally,the relative value of change of D c was larger than that of D w.But D w is sensitive to ...
