摘要：

在放療中，常把除方野、矩形和圓形野以外的其他任何形狀射野稱為不規(guī)則野。而多葉準(zhǔn)直器所形成的射野就是不規(guī)則野，對(duì)不規(guī)則射野，劑量計(jì)算要將原射線、散射線分開(kāi)，而組織中散射劑量的計(jì)算需要用散射空氣比。作者在此對(duì)多葉準(zhǔn)直器中散射空氣比的計(jì)算方法作了一些探討。

In radiation therapy, SAR is of a very important parameter in irregular field. Because the field of multileaf collimator(MLC) is also an irregular field. In this study, we put forward a new, simple and rapid algorithm to calculate the SAR of MLC. The authors implemented this algorithm in Pentium Pro200 and got satisfying results.
