劑量體積直方圖（ｄｏｓｅ－ｖｏｌｕｍｅｈｉｓｔｏｇｒａｍ，ＤＶＨ）表示三維治療計劃中劑量與體積之間的關(guān)系，是立體定向外科中評價治療計劃好壞的重要手段之一。但是傳統(tǒng)的ＤＶＨ［１］都是未考慮到正常器官功能區(qū)域分布不均勻性這一特點，故在利用放射線對病人照射時引起了不必要的損傷。本文介紹的功能劑量體積直方圖（ｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎａｌｄｏｓｅ－ｖｏｌｕｍｅｈｉｓｔｏｇｒａｍｓ，ｆＤＶＨｓ）算法，就是為了克服傳統(tǒng)ＤＶＨ的缺點，是對傳統(tǒng)ＤＶＨ的擴充。此種算法既繼承了傳統(tǒng)ＤＶＨ的特點，又在它的基礎(chǔ)上進行了改進，特別是對正常器官功能區(qū)域分布不均勻的三維放射劑量覆蓋范圍的定量估定起了重要作用。 |

Dose-volume histogram (DVH) shows the relationship between dose and volume in three dimensional treatment planning, and it is a valuable tool in evaluating the treatment plan of stereotactic radiosurgery.
