摘要：

本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了與Ｘ刀治療有關(guān)的幾個(gè)應(yīng)用技術(shù)，包括靶點(diǎn)定位技術(shù)、等中心定位技術(shù)、射野成形技術(shù)、等中心定向技術(shù)、照射劑量和照射方法等。并對(duì)應(yīng)用Ｘ刀治療時(shí)，各技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)注意的問題作了說明。特別是對(duì)靶點(diǎn)定位技術(shù)和等中心定位技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用時(shí)有關(guān)精度的測(cè)量方法作了詳細(xì)介紹。給出了測(cè)量方法和部分測(cè)量結(jié)果

Several cases of application technology related to X knife treatment were introduced in this paper systematically, including target locatization, collimator, isocenter stereotactic, radation dosage and radiotheraphy method etc. All key technical points were presented, when applying X knife treatment. Especially, detailed description for target localization and line accelerator isocenter localization was given when applying X knife treatment, and part of measured results are provided.
