摘要：

本文介紹一種高效的ＱＲＳ波實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)方法，該檢測(cè)方法由檢測(cè)電路和判斷子程序組成，結(jié)合Ｒ波斜率、ＱＲＳ波幅度、持續(xù)期、頻帶等特征進(jìn)行ＱＲＳ波的綜合檢測(cè)。判斷子程序可在單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)實(shí)時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)。對(duì)檢測(cè)方法噪聲敏感性和檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的測(cè)試和臨床應(yīng)用表明該方法具有抗干擾性強(qiáng)、準(zhǔn)確率高等特點(diǎn)

A very efficient real time QRS detection method is introduced in this paper.The method is composed of detection hardware and software.Characteristics of R wave slope,QRS complexes amplitude,duration and frequency properties are used.The detection software can run is real time in a single chip system.Test of noise sensitivity and detection accuracy of this method and clinical application showed that the method has good properties of anti interfe rence and high accuracy of detection.
