摘要：

遙測(cè)心電信號(hào)由于種種原因，易被噪聲干擾，對(duì)ＥＣＧ信號(hào)頻譜與干擾信號(hào)頻譜混迭的情況，現(xiàn)有報(bào)道的檢測(cè)方法不是效果不佳，就是計(jì)算量比較大，不適于應(yīng)用實(shí)時(shí)處理。作者提出的一種基于差分值和Ｒ波的“檢測(cè)靜息期”的方法，經(jīng)過臨床數(shù)據(jù)的檢驗(yàn)證明，是一種行之有效的檢測(cè)方法。

ECG signal is easily contaminated by many kinds of noise. For the kinds of noise whose frequencies cover those of ECG signals , because the results obtained are not good , or there is large amount of calculation, most of the current reported detection methods are not suitable for real - time processing.
