摘要：

作者介紹了心電圖和心向量圖綜合診斷程序ＷＥＸＥＶ－３的設(shè)計(jì)思想和程序流程，其主要特點(diǎn)是采用了綜合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和模糊數(shù)學(xué)的概念。驗(yàn)證樣本５３２例，診斷準(zhǔn)確率為９５．９％，回代樣本６２１例，診斷準(zhǔn)確率９１．９％，證明了本方法是切實(shí)可行的。

Described in this paper are a design idea and the program flow chart of electrocardiogram(ECG) and vectorcardiogram(VCG) synthetic diagnosis program WEX EV-3, the main charatctedstics of which is to adopt the synthetic diagnosis coterie and the concept of fuzzy mathemudcs. Experimental results obtained on a training-set (n = 532) and a testiest (n = 621 ) show the accuracy of diagnosis is 95.9% and 91 .9% respectively, Which indicates the program can be used in practice.
