作者詳細(xì)地介紹了一種基于人類感知的醫(yī)學(xué)圖象壓縮算法，它利用人類視覺的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性，空間頻率特性及時(shí)間頻率特性對(duì)靜止灰度圖象進(jìn)行有限失真壓縮，該方法能大大壓縮圖象數(shù)據(jù)提高壓縮比，對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)圖象的壓縮是一種比較有效的方法。 |

An algorithm of medical image compression based on human perception, is described in this paper. The motion character, spatial frequency character and time frequency character of human vision are used to compress static image with limited distortion. The image date can be compressed greatly with this method, and compression ratio can be increased. It is a very effective method for medical image compression. |
