本文提出了規(guī)范化序列負(fù)荷心率變異性的誘發(fā)性檢查法。通過三種不同負(fù)荷及生物反饋放松訓(xùn)練，既可揭示植物神經(jīng)功能狀態(tài)，也可獲得生物反饋對植物神經(jīng)功能的改善效能。作者還提出Ｌｏｒｅｎｚ散點(diǎn)圖是綜合評價植物神經(jīng)功能狀態(tài)的理想方法。它似“慧星”狀，其長軸與交感神經(jīng)興奮有關(guān)，其尾部寬度與副交感神經(jīng)張力有關(guān)。 |

An evoted examination method of heart rate variability (HRV) with standard successive loads is presented here. Through three different loads and the biofeedback relax training, it can show the state of autonomic nerve functions, as well as the improved efficacy of autonomic nerve functions by biofeedback relax training.
