三種可吸收合成縫合線在犬胃和膀胱部位縫合的病理學(xué)觀察

摘要：

作者研究ＴＨ、ＴＦ可吸收合成縫合線縫合犬胃和膀胱部位后７、１５及２５天的組織學(xué)變化，并與美國ＰＤＳ可吸收合成縫合線進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)在胃部縫合７－１５天，ＴＨ可吸收合成縫合線以纖維增生為主，炎性細(xì)胞較少，組織反應(yīng)相對較輕。ＴＦ可吸收合成縫合線以炎性細(xì)胞反應(yīng)為主，纖維增生較輕；ＰＤＳ可吸收合成縫合線在胃部位縫合７天炎性細(xì)胞和纖維增生較明顯。三種可吸收合成縫合線在膀胱部位縫合的炎性細(xì)胞和纖維增生均比胃部縫合反應(yīng)輕。

Histopathological observation of TH, TF, US PDS absorbable sutures were studies after implantation in canine stomach and bladder for 15, 25 days. The results showed that after sutured on stomach for 7￣15 days, TH suture showed serious fibroblast, tissue reflection was mild and TF suture had remarkable inflammation cells response and mild fibrosis.
