摘要:

作者介紹一種高穩(wěn)定、高精度用于測量尺寸變化的無損檢測裝置——掃描激光測微儀(Scanning laser beam micrometer)。這種新型的裝置避免了測量過程中由外界引起的任何機械或化學反應帶來的誤差。在23±0.05℃條件下,測量精度達土1μm。該裝置還帶有溫度調(diào)節(jié)控制臺,可在不同的溫度條件下對材料的膨脹與收縮效應進行研究。掃描激光測微儀在生物材料研究中具有廣泛的應用,尤其適用于軟材料的尺寸變化測量。

A new apparatus-scanning laser beam micrometer was introduced. It is very stable and accurate and is used for non-invasive measuring the variation of size. This apparatus is not in fluenced by mechanical or chemical reactions caused by external factors,and the accuracy is ±1μm at 23±0.05℃. The device is provided with a temperture console.
