摘要：

本大鼠心律失常檢測(cè)分析系統(tǒng)適于８０×８６系列微機(jī)，具有數(shù)據(jù)采集（定時(shí)器中斷方式采樣）、實(shí)時(shí)顯示、波形測(cè)量、文件操作、自動(dòng)分析、數(shù)據(jù)壓縮、打印輸出及在線幫助等功能。界面采用多導(dǎo)記錄儀模式，中文下拉式菜單，鼠標(biāo)驅(qū)動(dòng)。用“差分平方法”自適應(yīng)閾值檢取Ｒ波，“主波夾角法”提取波寬，采用“時(shí)間窗口低閾值回掃”、設(shè)置“反拗期”和二次綜合判斷等方法，使Ｒ波檢出正確率在９９％以上。對(duì)心律失常自動(dòng)分類統(tǒng)計(jì)（包括早搏、停搏、室速、室顫等項(xiàng)），結(jié)果打印輸出或存盤供其他統(tǒng)計(jì)程序調(diào)用。動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)，其診斷正確率為９９．２％。
