摘要：

為了長時(shí)間、準(zhǔn)確的記錄及分析體表ＥＣＧ，從各個(gè)方面滿足基礎(chǔ)研究、臨床、康復(fù)以及特殊生理需要，對(duì)Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ系統(tǒng)提出了愈來愈高的要求。作者從技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度討論了Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ的主要技術(shù)要求，包括記錄部分和分析部分；還介紹了幾種用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型滿足Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ系統(tǒng)技術(shù)要求的原理，包括用多層感知器實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)壓縮及分類，用高階神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)ＥＣＧ的分類，以及用ＡＲＴ模型（ＡｄａｐｔｉｖｅＲｅｓｏｎａｎｃｅＴｈｅｏｒｙ）識(shí)別ＥＣＧ中的Ｐ波與Ｔ波。
