降解材料聚乳酸－聚乙二醇生物相容性的研究 A Study on the Biocompatibility of Biodegradable PELA Copolymer |

作者對國產(chǎn)新型生物醫(yī)用可降解材料ＤＬ—聚乳酸—聚乙二醇共聚物（ＰＥＬＡ）進行了系統(tǒng)的生物學評價。結(jié)果表明：降解材料ＰＥＬＡ無全身毒性、無熱原和細胞毒性、無溶血（溶血率小于５％）、對皮膚和眼粘膜無刺激、不引起致敬反應(yīng)、對骨髓多染紅細胞無影響。體內(nèi)植入２８０天，材料基本降解完全，材料周圍纖維囊壁厚度逐漸變薄，炎癥細胞反應(yīng)減輕。因此，可認為降解材料ＰＥＬＡ有良好的生物相容性。 |

A systemic biological evaluation was conducted for a new domestic biodegradable material PELA(Poly D.L-lactide-polyethyleneglycol copolymer).The results showed that PELA had no general toxicity,no reaction of pyrogen,no irritation to the skin and mucous membranes of eyes,no sensitization.The hamolysis rate was less than 5%.There was not effect to polychromatic erythrocyte of mouse bone marrow.The test of subchronic toxicity showed no pernicious effects to mice in one month.It was embedded under skin for nin... |
