作者提出了基于圖象匹配的顯微圖象快速拼接的新方法。拼接分三步完成：１．生成利于配準(zhǔn)的梯度圖象。２．基于金字塔數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的快速匹配。３．進(jìn)行邊界處理以清除圖象拼接處的階梯。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：拼接由計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)完成，速度快、精度高，消除了人為誤差，并且能提供人工無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的拼接處光滑連接。 |

A new method for microscopic image mosaic with computer image registration technique is introduced. The mosaic is completed as follows:(1)production of gradient images to facilitate registration.(2)fast registration based on pyramid data structure.(3)boundary processing to eliminate gradients at areas of mosaic.The advantages of this method are that, mosaic is completed by computer automatically,and human bias factors are avoided.
