作者主要參照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織（ＩＳＯ）對醫(yī)用材料的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對新型聚酯醚降解材料（聚癸二酸—丁二醇—聚乙二醇共聚物ＰＳＢＥ）進(jìn)行了１２項生物學(xué)檢測指標(biāo)的研究。包括小鼠腹腔注射ＬＤ（５０）的測定、急性全身毒性、熱原、細(xì)胞毒性、過敏、溶血、皮膚和眼粘膜刺激、亞慢性毒性、體內(nèi)短期和長期植入、小鼠骨髓多染紅細(xì)胞微核和Ａｍｅ’ｓ試驗。研究結(jié)果表明：新型聚酯醚降解材料ＰＳＢＥ具有優(yōu)良的生物相容性。 |

According to international standard organization(ISO), biological evaluation of medical materials,we carried out a systemic biological evaluation of domestic medical polysebacic acid─1,4─butanediol─poly (ethyleneglycol) copolymer(PSBE).
